Profitclicking is going to be SCAM, or is it already a scam?

Previously known as Just Been Paid (JBP) and now being migrated to Profitclicking. I have a question for all members of this site, how many of you have been paid? I do believe that most of us were getting paid several times. Honestly, i got paid one time only after being the member for this site for almost 2 years now. Well, at least they pay me once. But that's it all. No more payment received in my Liberty Reserve after that. My withdrawal, not much actually, only around $80 bucks, still kept in pending...pending..pending..till now. Months already.

When i check some money making forums which are talking about Profitclicking, mostly said that they got paid several times ago, but now, it is very hard to withdraw from profitclicking. And yes, some say that this site is a SCAM. They never got paid. 

This is also a hot topic in Apsense Q&A section. Most members said that they are not getting paid. Why is it so? Do we have to upgrade in order to receive faster payout? even this is not stated in Profitclicking FAQ and T&C, i guess it is 'stated' between the lines. Anyway, I can conclude that this site is now upgraded to SCAM site. They used to pay their members but now, they keep telling a fairytale promises and keep updating such nonsense news.
